The group meets from 10.00am until around 12.30pm on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month in The Hub, the library in Hungerford. Most attending work in water colour but all mediums are equally welcome. Please bring your own art materials. A still-life subject is usually displayed for those attendees wishing to tackle it. We are a self help group who are all keen on producing work but we have no structured tuition. A small charge is levied at each attendance to cover the room hire costs (and for tea/coffee/biscuits). In summer months we try to have a few meetings in the open - weather dependent, followed by pub grub.

An afternoon of enchantment & delight. Meet with others who share a love of the art. Initially, this group will be lead by a trained classical dancer who has a varied collection of DVDs covering the traditional & the more modern. This is a new sport that is sweeping the country - and has now reached Hungerford! It is played on a badminton court, with a tennis height net, plastic balls (with holes to slow them down), and oversized table-tennis bats. Underarm serving, one bounce allowed, score points to 11 when serving. We are now meeting on a regular basis at 5.30pm each Thursday at the Hungerford Leisure Centre (behind John o'Gaiunt School.
